What Is the bx99my VIP Program?
The bx99my VIP Programme is not just another points system or standard membership card you find everywhere. It is a comprehensive privilege ecosystem, carefully designed to ensure that every ringgit you invest in our platform is returned with real, tangible value. From the Silver tier all the way up to the most exclusive Diamond tier, each VIP level unlocks increasingly greater benefits and an ever more personalised experience.
What sets the bx99my VIP programme apart from other platforms is our truly member-centric approach. Our VIP members are not just numbers in a database — they are the backbone of the bx99my community, and we hold them in the highest regard. This is why the personal account managers we assign to VIP members genuinely get to know you, understand your gaming preferences, and proactively keep you informed about the bonus opportunities most relevant to the way you play.

How Do You Level Up Your VIP Status at bx99my?
The bx99my VIP upgrade system is fully automatic. No application is required, and no additional documents need to be submitted. Our platform monitors your cumulative deposit activity in real time, and once you reach the threshold for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically within 24 hours.
Something many people don't know about the bx99my VIP programme is that your cumulative deposits are calculated based on the total deposits across your entire account lifetime — not just within a single month or specific period. This means every ringgit you put into your bx99my account contributes to your VIP progress. This approach is fairer and recognises the long-term loyalty of our members.
Furthermore, your VIP status at bx99my will never be automatically downgraded. Unlike some platforms that reduce your status when activity drops over a certain period, bx99my honours your historical commitment. Once you reach a certain tier, you stay there unless there is a serious breach of the terms of use. This gives you the peace of mind to play at your own pace and on your own schedule.
VIP Member Privacy & Programme Terms
Your VIP membership details are completely confidential and accessible only by authorised VIP service teams. bx99my does not share your VIP status or account data with any third parties. All communications between you and your personal VIP manager are protected with SSL encryption. For the full terms and conditions of the VIP programme, please visit the Terms and Conditions us. We also encourage all members to play responsibly — find out more on the Responsible Gaming.
